General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale — Diablo IPTV

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern access to and use of the website https://diablo-iptv.net ("the Site") and the services it offers, including HD and 4K IPTV subscriptions, access codes, technical support and related streaming services. Using the Site or purchasing a service means you accept these GTC.

1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations between Diablo IPTV (diablo-iptv.net) and each User who accesses the Site or subscribes to an IPTV service. They set out the conditions of access, payment and activation, responsibilities and refund policies.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the Site or making a purchase, the User fully accepts the GTC. If the User does not accept the GTC, we ask that they do not use the Site. Diablo IPTV may update the GTC at any time: changes take effect as soon as they are published online.

3. Description of the Services

The Site offers several IPTV subscriptions, including:

  • 1-Screen IPTV Subscription: access to 70,000+ national and international channels, VOD content and regular updates;
  • 2-Screen IPTV Subscription: simultaneous access on two devices under the same plan;
  • 1-, 7- and 14-month plans: with prices in dollars ($), with no contract or minimum commitment.

Each plan may have technical limitations, a set number of connections and detailed conditions described at the time of purchase.

4. Technical Requirements and Use

  • The User must have a compatible device (Smart TV, Android TV box, Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, computer, phone) and a stable internet connection (min. 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K).
  • The services are intended for personal use only; resale or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
  • Some content may be unavailable due to geographic restrictions or local licensing.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in dollars ($) and may change. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the purchase page. An order is confirmed only once payment is confirmed.

6. Service Activation

Activation is usually immediate or takes place within a few hours of payment confirmation. Login credentials or codes are sent by email or through the agreed channel (WhatsApp). The User is responsible for providing correct contact details.

7. Refund Policy

Because of the digital nature of the service, no automatic refund is granted after activation. Complaints about technical problems attributable to the Site are assessed case by case; any refund is at the discretion of Diablo IPTV. For more details, see our Refund Policy page.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Not use the service in violation of copyright rules;
  • Keep their login credentials confidential;
  • Take responsibility for problems arising from their own equipment or connection.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site undertakes to provide a stable service but does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. Content may come from third parties: Diablo IPTV is not responsible for the availability or legality of that content.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, texts, images and materials on the Site are the property of Diablo IPTV or their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian and provincial privacy laws. 12. Suspension and Termination of the Service

In case of a breach of the GTC, the Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service without prior notice or refund.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Canadian courts.

14. Final Provisions

These GTC constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any change will be published on this page with the date of the update.
